Following the recent easing of lockdown restrictions and updated ECB Covid-19 guidelines it is no longer necessary to pre-book the nets in order to use them outside organised club sessions. However, it is still necessary to follow the club's rules for the use of the nets, which have now been updated and can be viewed here.
Most of the rules remain the same. In particular, social distancing must be maintained at all times, equipment should not be shared between members of different households, and the stumps should be sanitised after each session using the sanitising spray in the cleaning box which will be found in the marquee. No-one should attend the nets if they or any member of their household has had Covid-19 symptoms in the previous 7 days, and if anyone who has attended the nets develops such symptoms in the following 7 days, the club must be informed immediately.
Although it is not necessary to book to use the nets, those who have pre-booked will have priority over those who have not.
