Girls' Cricket
Our girls’ section has grown rapidly over the past few years and in 2023 numbered around 80 girls, aged between 7 and 15. In previous years, it was based solely at our second ground and pavilion at Grafham, however in 2024 its activities will be split between there and our main ground at Blackheath, where the regular weekly training session will take place (see below).
The girls' coaching team is headed by Sharon Eyers, supported by the same team of professional coaches who coach the boys. Each squad has a squad manager who will run all their squad's coaching sessions and as many as possible of their squad's matches, supported as necessary by other professional coaches and volunteer parent coaches.
In 2024, we will be running the following girls’ league teams:

U15/U14 girls are also invited to play alongside slightly older girls as part of our women's team, within the I'Anson League structure.
Winter coaching programme

U15/U14 squad: Sunday mornings from 11am-12 noon starting on 7 January at Cranleigh School

U13/U12 and U11/U10 squads: Friday evenings from 5.30pm-6.45pm starting on 12 January at St Catherine's School, Bramley.

Summer coaching programme
There will be pre-season training for the older squads in the Easter holidays (see Upcoming Fixtures & Events below). Summer training sessions for all the girls’ age groups will be on Thursday evenings at Blackheath starting on 18 April 2024. The timing of sessions is planned to be as follows:

Subscriptions
Subscriptions for 2024 are as follows: U7-U9 girls: £90; U10-U15 girls: £125. There is a £10 sibling discount.
