About Grafham

Cricket has been played at Rushetts Common for many years by Grafham & Smithbrook CC. When that club sadly folded in 2019 the lease was taken over by Blackheath Cricket Club.

After a successful "pilot" season for the Men's 3rd XI in 2019, the ground and pavilion underwent substantial redevelopment in 2020, aided by major grants from the London Marathon Trust, Sport England and the Surrey Cricket Foundation. The work is now complete and Grafham is now the home of our Women and Girls Squads. We believe it is the only village ground in the county principally devoted to women and girls’ cricket.

Grafham also continues to be the home of our 3rd XI in the I'Anson League, as well as hosting some boys' matches and training sessions too.
